Driver Requirements for Car Hire in Poland
The driver must hold a valid Category B driver's license.
The driver must have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
Cab driving experience is not required.
The driver must have no criminal record.
The driver must be aged 21 or older.
General Terms
Immigrants renting a car for more than 6 months are eligible for a free permanent residence card. The card allows holders to live in Poland for an extended period, bring family members to Poland, work officially, obtain a loan and buy a home with a mortgage, and travel to EU countries for up to 90 days. The cardholder may also have the option to purchase the rented car at the end of the rental period.
